Delivery Information
We’ll send you a confirmation email shortly after you place your order, just to let you know we’ve received it and are getting everything ready. Orders are usually packed and prepared within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday), and as soon as everything is on the way, you’ll get another message with tracking details. Delivery within the United Kingdom usually takes around 3-4 business days (Monday to Friday). And the best part? Shipping’s free on all UK orders, no extra charge at all.

Delivery Delays
If your order hasn’t arrived within the usual processing and delivery time, please allow up to an extra 3 business days (Monday to Friday), as sometimes shipments can be delayed. In the meantime, you can keep an eye on your order using the tracking code we provided.

If your parcel still hasn’t turned up after those extra days, please do get in touch with us at support@omdara.com with your order number, and we’ll look into it for you.

Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please get in touch with us at support@omdara.com as soon as possible. Unfortunately, once your order is being processed, we can’t cancel it.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you happen to receive an item that’s damaged or not quite what you ordered, we’re really sorry for the hassle. Please snap a few photos showing the issue and send them over by email to support@omdara.com. We’ll review your case promptly and make sure you receive the correct, undamaged replacement.
