Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to return any items. To begin the return process, please contact us at support@omdara.com. The returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Returns cannot be accepted after 30 days from the delivery date.

Returning Items
If you wish to return an item, you must first contact us by email support@omdara.com and provide your order details along with the reason for the return. Returns that are sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back.

Please ensure that the product is properly packed to avoid any damage during delivery. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. If everything is in order, your refund will be issued to the original payment method and typically takes up to 7 days. There are no restocking fees.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, you can request an exchange within 30 days of delivery. Simply contact us at support@omdara.com with the details of the item you wish to exchange, and we will assist you through the process. Exchanges are only available for new items.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us support@omdara.com. PPlease note that we cannot cancel an order once it has been processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we apologise for the inconvenience. Please take clear photos of the issue and email them at support@omdara.com. We will review your case and send you the correct and undamaged replacement as soon as possible.
